The Masters Water Ski Event Finals ended Sunday with some incredible performances from our Canadian Team. The team was pulled behind the record-setting #SkiNautique200. Neilly Ross set the pace Sunday morning in the Trick Finals with a score of 10,350 points to take the Title of Masters Water Ski Trick Champion and set a new course record and a NEW pending Canadian record. Congratulations Neilly Ross!
Whitney McClintock kept things going in the Women Slalom event and set a new course record with a score of 5 @ 39′ / 10.75m and earned the Title of Masters Water Ski Slalom Champion. Congratulations Whitney McClintock!
In the Men’s Slalom final event, Stephen Neveu ran 2 buoys at 41′ / 10.25m for a tie for 3rd Place in this Masters Final and led to a runoff with Jonathon Travers. Both skiers had to start at 39′ / 10.75m off the dock. Jonathon ran 5 buoys and Stephen ran 6 buoys and the pass to take the 3rd Place on the Podium! Congratulations Stephen!
In the final event of the day, Ryan Dodd, the top seed in the Jump Event, soared 243 feet / 74.1m to be crowned the Masters Jump Champion and set a new course record a NEW pending Canadian record. Congratulations Ryan!
