Canadian athletes took home top honors this weekend during the 59th Moomba Masters waterski and wakeboard event in Melbourne, Australia. The top athletes from around the world met on the Yarra River in downtown Melbourne to battle it out for 2019 Moomba Masters titles.
Canadian water ski athletes Whitney McClintock (Ontario) and Neilly Ross (Ontario) won titles in respective events at the 59th Nautique Moomba Masters and Junior Nautique Moomba Masters International Invitational, that took place on March 6th-11th, on the Yarra River in Melbourne, Australia.
Neilly won the Under 17 Girls Tricks Title, scoring 8,790 points in the finals. Neilly placed second in Under 17 Girls Slalom scoring 5.00/55/12.00 in round one and 4.50/55/12.00 in round two.
