Application for Canadian Record
This application is required for consideration of new Canadian Records. It is the responsibility of the skier to ensure the completed form is submitted to Water Ski & Wakeboard Canada. It is the responsibility of the tournament organizers and the Event Technical Controller to provide the appropriate technical information and supporting material.
Applications for performances outside of Canada are entirely the athlete’s responsibility.
